Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-11-01

This policy explains what FairPlay collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Account data

When you create an account, we store your email address and sign-in details to identify you and secure your account.

Team roster and availability

Managers store player names, team fixtures, selections and participation. Invited parents store their linked children unavailable dates. Team records are private to the manager and authorised linked parents. Invitation codes expire and can be revoked.

Roles

If you are given a role such as admin, we store that role against your account, and the email address an admin invite was sent to.

Usage data

To see how many people visit FairPlay and what they use, two small things are kept in your browser: a random id with no name attached, so repeat visits count as one person rather than several; and, if you arrived from a tagged link, where you came from.

This stays in FairPlay's own database. It is not shared with any other company, and it is never used to identify you personally.

Services that handle data for us

We use a small number of outside services to run FairPlay. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for advertising.

Your rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the data described above, and to object to certain uses of it. Get in touch using the details below to make a request, and we will reply as soon as we can.
